In this episode of Lost it is shown that Karl,  Kate and Sawyer afterc escaping from the island reached their island at night. After reaching there Kate was reluctant and wanted to go back to bring Jack along with her. When Karl, Kate and sawyer reach the main island there Karl had a mental breakdown about leaving his love,  Alex behind on the island. Meanwhile in The Other’s island Jack is being interrogated by a conatable named Isabel, The contable Isabel wanted to know about the incident with Juliet. When she mentions the meaning of his tattoo to him, Jack remembers his vacations in the paradisaical island Phuket in Thailand, where he was dating sexy, mysterious and mystic local named Archara (Bai Ling). Ben now has an infection in his spinal column.

When reached to Jack, he negotiates this time with this in exchange of Freedom of Juliet who was being sentenced to death on the charges of Pickette’s murder. She was announced this sentence according to the rule of The Others “eye for an eye”.  Later Jack remembers that what happened to him when he asked Archara to disclose her innermost secrets to him.  Jack’ s quest for answers lead him to betrayal and and consequences at the hands of Archara’s strong sexy brother named Chet, who takes Jack’s posse and make it clear to Jack who rules this island.
