In this episode of Prison Break Michael forces Warden Pope to transfer Lincoln to infirmary. Then he gags Pope, ties him to chair, locks him with a wardrobe and then tells his secretary that Pope is calling Minister of Justice for a long conversation. Michael tries to disguise himself by dressing the jacket and hat of Captain Bellick and then presses the fire alarm. Upon listening to the fire alarm his men reaches the asylum in state of confusion. Since the time Michael disclosed about his thoughts to dr. Trancredi ,she is emotionally distressed and unbalanced. She wander in Chicago and then decides to come back to fox River and leaves the door of infirmary open.

Nick abducts Veronica and tells her that he is trying to protect his father.However, after sometime he releases her and asks her to travel to Montana. When Nick reaches to meet his father in his apartment, one of the gangster of Abruzzi is waiting for him over there. The senior management of Company decides that they need to get rid of Caroline and make another candidate stand for the post. They then asks the assessment of Caroline from Samantha who tells them that she is a very dangerous person. DB is seriously ill and then he informs Michael that where actually the money in Utah. He also tells him about the real amount which is US$5,000,000.00 and asks Michael to visit his daughter Anna. Haywire gives surprise to everyone by joining the group in infirmary.
