In this episode of prison break it is shown that as in last episode the car in which Lincoln and his son were travelling was hit by a truck, after the crash kellerman tries to suffocate Lincoln. But Lincoln is saved by a stranger in the last moment. Sucre leaves the solitary confinement as Michael gives good news to his fellow inmates that he was successful in completing the map. The only thing he now need is the key of infirmary. Abruzzi returns back to River fox but now he is changed into a religious man.  Warden Pope sends Captain Bellick to find Lincoln before he notifies about the incident to authorities. Nick tries to convince Veronica that they are losing valuable time checking the calls in Quinn’s cell. Tweener is in trouble with Avocado and he castrates the abuser.

Lincoln sees that the stranger who saved him is actually his father,who explains him that he worked for the Company and Lincoln is a big plot against him. He leaked the information of Ecofield so they are using Lincoln so that he show up. Vice President tells her brother that the only reason he is alive today is because of her on which he replies that he is not able to understand that how is she still alive? T-Bag and Abruzzi meets and seal a truce together. Kellerman is able to know where is Lincoln hiding but before he could reach there police arrived and arrested Lincoln thus saving him from Kellerman. Lincoln is brought back to River fox.
