In this episode of heroes it is shown that having traveled four years in future, future Peter shows his younger counterpart that now people have easily access to drugs which provide them some super powers and this can be very dangerous as some might destroy the world. Past Peter is forced to run after seeing the future of Claire, Daphne and Knox who now works as the killers for the government agencies. The work assigned to them is to track him down. This makes Past Peter look for allies. This leads him to find one in very subdued version of Sylar. From the place in Africa where Matt Parkman currently is, he has a vision of his future four years down the line. In the vision he sees that he is married to Speedster Daphne and is still looking after Molly Walker. Molly Walker also works for the agencies.

Back in present time, Hiro and Ando are locked together in level 2 prison cell. It is here that there starts to rise in a rift between them. Meanwhile, Tracy gets to know more about her origins from Dr. Zimmerman who is giving away all of the information. Nathan receives more information from the ghost of Mr. Linderman about his position for the congress. Also, Mohinder gets to know that all the power that he has given to himself are irreversible and can lead to some disaster.
