In this episode of gossip girl it is shown that Blaire and her Gossip Posse Yuki, Nelly et al interviews all the other girls who wanted to join the gossip group, so that they could select the appropriate girls who are capable to join their gossip clique. Dan bumps into a new student whose name is Amanda and both of them hit off instantly. Blaire and her gang of girls wanted to sabotage the friendship that is newly formed between Amanda and Dan. They have already got an idea to do it by inducting Amanda to their prestigious gossip clique.

Dan turns to Chuck to get some suggestion and advice as he is worried that Serena is falling back on her earlier habits. But Chuck has some of his own agendas to take care off. Vanessa discovers that Nate lustful lysts with Dutchess Catherine has taken altogether a dark turn when Vanessa finds and sees Catherine with some other person. After discovering this she moves to Blaire for some of her assistance.

As Serena turns back to her former self, even Jenny is bullied and frowned upon by the gossip posse. Dan also falls in the same trap. Elsewhere, Lily returns back from her honeymoon while Bart remains in China for some Business matters. Lily then calls Rufus to spend some time with her but after struggling she refused Lily to spend time with her and to offer her any sympathy or support.
