In this episode of gossip girl it is shown that Jenny discovers a secret about Vanessa. The secret that Jenny comes to know about is that Vanessa has been dating Nate lately in secret without anyone knowing about it. This dating between Nate and Vanessa has sparkled a feud between all the girls. A new girl enters the scene. This time it is the ex-girlfriend of Aaron, whose name is Lexi who comes to center stage. Lexi now has set her sights on Dan. Now as Serena also has feeling for Dan and there exists a very special bond between Serena and Dan and when Serena comes to know about Lexi and her what all she is feeling for Dan and what are her intentions, she goes to her and questions her about her feelings.

There strikes a bet between Chuck and Blaire. Both of them have stuck a bet which each other that both can choose an ideal date for each other with whom they can go on date and spend some time. Lily admits that the feelings that she had for Bart Bass have completely changed now and that for Rufus have also again changed. She admits that she wants to leave Bart Bass and rekindle her romance for herself once again for another time with her former, Rufus. In this episode gymnast Nastia Liukin plays a cameo role for herself.
