In this episode of gossip girl it is shown that Vanessa begins her own slide on the dark path when she tries to blackmail Blaire into being a nicer person. She is blackmailing her with the power of acquisition of photos that she took of Catherine and Marcus. Blaire then thinks of a plan to set even with Vanessa. So the plan she is going to use is that in order to take revenge from Vanessa she tries to convince Chuck to seduce Vanessa and due all this process, he steal her camera phone so that Blaire could get all the photos in her camera.

Meanwhile, Lily and Bart Bass throws an extravagant party on the occasion of their housewarming function. They also fell that they can have expectation that their children will make them proud. But Serena chose to be opposite as she does no follow the rules as she correctly suspects that Bart Bass is influencing Lily in order to do what he wants to do for his business and his self interest. Elsewhere, Dan and Jenny get to know about a secret about Nate that Nate was keeping up from them. In the party Blaire wants a status report from Chuck. She is trying to act as all catty but Chuck, he is no mood to give her the attention. He then brushes her off as the stunning V enters the party.
