In this episode of heroes it is shown that Dr. Suresh has returned back from Haiti, where he needed to give the vaccine to potential virus patient to New York. On reaching back to New York he finds out that his new laboratory is the Isaac Mendez’s old loft.  In that old loft he finds the 8th of the Isaac’s paintings. But this painting holds some bad new for a major character of the story. Claire is worried about the boy who now knows about the secret about Claire’s. She is worried that he might disclose this to everyone but to her surprise he discloses one of his secrets to her. Peter Petreille now assist his newly formed friends and begins to question that whether he want to know about his identity and his past life.

Still back in 17th century in Japan, Hiro forces the issue with Takezo Sensei in order to ensure that he lives up to his legendary status of his. Nikki Sanders travels to New Orleans with the intention to leave Micah, her son to one of their relatives. Maya and her brother, Alexjandro are successful in reaching upto Mexico. But now she needs to  help her brother in taking him out of the jail. Sylar awakes on an island beach. Sitting along side him is a woman named Michelle. She tells him that she is creating the illusion of tropical paradise while is recovering from his injuries.
