Episode Synopsis:
In this show of Gossip Girl,
Blair deals with a pregnancy scare, and when Serena is seen buying her a pregnancy test, Gossip Girl delightedly posts the news, causing everyone to think Serena is pregnant. Angry at Blair for getting back together with Nate, Chuck reveals his former affair with Blair to Gossip Girl via an anonymous text message. When Nate finds out that Blair slept with Chuck, he severs his friendships with both Chuck and Blair. Serena blames Dan for exposing Blair’s affair with Chuck, but the two reconcile in time for Serena to stop a heartbroken Blair from leaving the country. Meanwhile, Lily accepts Bart’s marriage proposal.

Still devastated on her relationship with Nate, Blair puts on a happy face for her 17th birthday party while trying to avoid Chuck. Dan brings Vanessa to the party to ease the tension between her and Serena but it only makes Serena more uncomfortable. Jenny brings Alison (guest star Susan Misner) home but Rufus may not be ready to accept her as Nate disobeys his parents to salvage his relationship with Blair for their business deal with the Waldorfs. Chuck takes advantage of this and they have sex once again and rekindle their secret affair, in which Serena unwittingly discovers.

Story Line: Dan’s childhood friend, Vanessa returns back home, declaring her feelings for Dan.
Blair holds a masquerade ball, and although no outsiders are allowed, a disguised Jenny – with the help of Vanessa – and Dan arrive – taking the identity of some drunk boy. Blair sends Nate on a scavenger hunt, on which he is distracted from by Serena, who is actually Jenny under a mask, whom he gives a kiss to – thinking it is Serena.
Meanwhile Lily takes Rufus to an Eleanor Waldorf event to make Bart Bass jealous.
