In this episode of desperate housewives the newly moved neighbours Bob and Lee install a huge and strange looking water fountain in there front yard. This water fountain causes a great stir in the neighbours especially Susan who doesn’t like the sound that this water fountain generates day and night. Lynette decides to run against Katherine for the street manager after Katherine threatens to lynette that she will knock down  her children’s tree house.

Katherine is voted as the president after Susan’s vote goes to her.But her husband refuses to congratulate her as he feels that she has not made any friends since the time she has moved over there.

Meanwhile, Bree finds out that her former mother in law, Phyllis who now has the knowledge about the Danielle’s condition takes Danielle out of the convent and keeps her in the retirement room. Then  Bree and Orson try to persuade Danielle to move back to home and give tghe birth to child over there itself. The affair between Gabrielle and Carlos continues to be steamy even after Gabrielle runs into John and his new wife at a hotel. Bob and Lee try to intimidate Katherine by telling her that they know about a secret that happend years ago when they lived in Chicago.
