In this episode of desperate housewives Edie recieves an unexpected new from her doctor that makes her suspicious about Carlos as she feels he is cheating on her with Gabrielle, who has again formed a reconnection with her former flame, John. Susan tries to form a friendly bond with her new neighbours who are actually gay and named as Bob Hunter and Lee Mcdermott. As she is trying to be friendly with her she recieves an unexpected result as they mistakenly think her as highly neurotic, mental disorder as homophoea.

Bree recieves an unexpected baby shower and even recieves an unexpected visitor in the form of her former mother in law,Phyllis Van de Kamp, who immediately suspects that Bree is not pregnant sothis forces Bree now to confide her with the Danielle’s condition. Meanwhile Tom recieves an unexpected evening with Lynnette. Katherine’s aunt Lily arrives for a visit and to inform het that she is dying because she is suffering from some terminal illness and she wants to die in absolute peace. But Katherine prevents Lily from telling Dylan about a dark secret that both of them are hiding from her. Lynnette’s libido returns just as her wig is damaged.
