In this episode of Desperate Housewives Edie staged her suicide attempt only to convince Carlos to make him believe of her love dramatically,but as her rival got late so she actually landed in hospital. Gaby would love to leave her current new husband Victor for her ex, Carlos but she is now trapped in a marriage where she needs to  take an appointment months in advance to spend some quality time. Lynette insists,to worried Tom and newly entered mom, that her pride can only handle the therapy if it is kept secret. So she soldiers on,even if means that she needs to vomit in the purse during Parker’s school play performance as Friar Truck, but when she scolded for not doing her part perfectly in PTA she lifts her wig.

Wisteria lane has a new household. Even though the mother Katherine Mayfair has lived there before with her now teenaged daughter Dylan, once Julie’s best friend,yet still neither of them is close to neighbours , They even want Bree to cut down a tree. One of the room in this house is a secret to their dark family past. Dylan’s step dad Dr. Mayfair is gynaecologist making his entry as practice temp. susan feels that e is too sexy and gets excited during an intimate examination. Mike gets confirmation nature has changed there lives forever. Bree finds it difficult to fake pregnancy inspite of  her drastic measures.
